WinBlank is a Shareware utility which provides a Windows 3.0/3.1 screen
blanker which uses the special hardware features of Toshiba laptop and
notebook computers to shutdown the battery powered display during
periods of inactivity.  Unlike the built-in display shutdown, WinBlank
is fully integrated into the Windows 3.0/3.1 environment and as such it
responds not only to keypresses but mouse movements and mouse button
presses as well. Please read the accompanying documentation files
WinBatt.txt in text format and WinBatt.wri in Windows Write format for
instructions and licensing information.

This Software is Shareware.  You are authorized to use this software for
30 days from the time it is installed on your machine.  After 30 days
you must either obtain a valid licensed copy or remove it from your
