WindowMagic is a utility that will let you easily assign an Icon to 
  Program Mangers group icons as well as a group application icons.
  
  This product is not freeware.  It requires the user to pay a registration
  fee inorder to continue use.  The receiver of the software is granted a

  Installation

 
  1) Copy all of the files into your windows directory 
        
        COPY WM.ZIP C:\WINDOWS\*.*

  2) Unzip the WM.ZIP file
        PKNUZIP WM.ZIP

  3) Start Windows and from the program manager [File] endtr [Run] SYSEDIT

  4) Select the Win.ini file
  
  5) Add WMDRIVER.EXE to the run= line 
        run=WMDRIVER.EXE or run=otherprogams WMDRIVER.EXE
  
  
  
  WindowMagic uses a simple drag and drop interface.  To use the utility
  select the [File] item from the program managers menu.  You will notice 
  additional items on the menu

  1. Select [Open Palette]
        You will be presented with a dialog box that will allow you to 
        select a EXE or DLL program (Select PROGMAN.EXE)

  2. A pallette of icons that are stored in the program will be presented.
     Simply click and hold the left mouse button when the cursor is over an 
     icon you wish to use. Now drag the icon over a program manager group or
     application icon and release.  (The cursor will change from a circle 
     with a slash to a BW icon when it is over a valid program manager icon.)
