WindSock 1.3 - Windows Performance Analysis and Resource Monitor utilities

The WindSock 1.3 package contains two utilities for Microsoft Windows:
WindSock, which measures Windows CPU, Disk, and Video Performance; and
WindSkRM, which monitors the usage of Windows resources.

Release 1.3 includes full support for Windows 3.1 resource structures,
and requires TOOLHELP.DLL (in Win 3.0 and 3.1) to function.

If you already have a TOOLHELP.DLL on your system, check the dates on this
version and your existing version and *Rename* the old one (keep the old 
one in case of problems).
