Full instructions included. To set up in Windows, select 
File, Run, SETUP. To install in DOS, type SETUP [Enter]. 

To run in Windows, just double click on the icon. To run 
from DOS, just access the directory you installed to 
(C:\HIRING for instance) and type GO [Enter].
