What is NCB
-----------
NCB is a Netscape Cache Browser. It lets you explore all the resources kept in 
disk cache by Netscape, so that you can view them or extracy them to a directory 
of your choice.

If you don't use Netscape, well, this program doesn't mean anything to you.

Distribution and installation notes
-----------------------------------
NCB is now distributed in two separated archives, where xxx is the current 
version number (xxx=100 for release 1.00):

NCBxxxA.ZIP Program file and documentations (copy them wherever you want)
NCBxxxB.ZIP Other support files (to be installed in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory)
		GIFBOX.VBX  (with documentation)
		BIVBX11.DLL
		
If you already have the support files, you only need the first archive, 
NCBxxxA.ZIP.
