- How to upgrade from Highwayman v1.0 Beta

- Upgrading is very simple. Just copy over the old
  HIGHWAY.EXE with the new HIGHWAY.EXE in the HIGHWA12.ZIP 
  file and you will be good to go.

- Upgrading from any Version Below ver 1.3 MUST FOLLOW THIS INSTALL
  Delete the lines in your 3RDPARTY.DAT file calling Highway man.
  HIGHWAY MAN Now uses Sharkdriver. You must copy HIGHWAY.EXE over
  the old .EXE file and also copy over HWCFG.EXE file over the
  old one. Run HWCFG.EXE and set up your config file then select
  Install into 3RDPARTY.DAT file it will do this automatically for 
  you and you should be up and running...
