The only file you need to distribute is
        KPSETUPKPM.EXE

This is a compressed self extracting, self
installing program.

The file KEYPLE.ZIP has been
zipped up using PKZIP 2.04 and has
extra copies of the DIZ file
and the KPVENDOR.TXT file.  (These
files are also in KPSETUPKPM.EXE
and will be copied during 
installation).
