   Some general cleanup.

   The editor is now included with the basic package. Added the ability
   to edit records (not just browse and add).

   Deleted empty records from the crypto.dbf table to prevent users from
   getting an empty quote.

   Recompiled both crypto.tpg and crypedit.tpg under TDBS v1.2.

   Changed copyright notice.
