The default is once a day. A -P5 will set the game up for 5 times a day. A -P0 will enable unlimited play. This is an example of what your menu*.sdl should look like: TYPE=200 Opt Data=C:\programs\crypto\crypto -P5 -CD:\Games\Star\Starcomm /Q ^ (Note no space between the -C and the D:) drive:\path\crypto -C drive:\path\(any game from The Rock Software) /Q This will enable the chat function to work properly between any games that are released from The Rock Software. If this is setup properly, players may communicate between games such as StarQuest, CryptoMan, BrainPower, etc. That is about all there is to setting this game up. There is no configuring to worry about. If the users databases become corrupted, you may delete CRYPUSER.* and CryptoMan will recreate them the next time it is played. Scoring is based upon the number of completed messages and the size of the crypto.dbf (which contains the cryptograms). A completed message is worth 100 points. However, each time HELP is used, 10 points is deducted from the score. If you want your users to be able to see the instructions on how to play CryptoMan, create a menu for CryptoMan and have an option that will display the text file 'USERS.DOC'. Please read 'USERS.DOC' for instructions on how to play CryptoMan.
