The enclosed file lets you upgrade your RIPterm Professional software to the
latest version.  This is a done using a patch file, which knows the changes
between the versions.

This patch file works only on RIPterm Pro v2.10.00.  If you have an older
version of RIPterm Pro you wish to patch, there are additional patch files that
you must download.  The patches available are:

This patch can be freely distributed, as long as it is not changed in any way.

RIPterm v2.11.00 fixes a few bugs in RIPterm v2.10.00, and also makes a couple
of visual changes.  One of the major fixes in this release is a completely
re-vamped Sound Blaster 16, Sound Blaster ASP-16 and Sound Blaster AWE32
driver.  People who had problems with these boards before should notice a
marked improvement in this release.  

All the changes are listed in the README.DOC file included in the RIPTERM
directory.

Once all the patches have been applied, the patch files PATCH.BAT, *.RTP,
RTPATCH.EXE, and README.TXT (this file) can be deleted, as well as any files
in the RTBACKUP directory.  You can also remove the RTBACKUP directory.
