Vendor Info for Text to Paper 1.0 <ASP> (Windows 3.1)

DISTRIBUTION POLICY
-------------------

Any person or company wishing to distribute TEXT TO PAPER
for any kind of remuneration must first contact
CIEMIAN COMPUTER SERVICES for authorization.

This authorization will be automatically granted to
distributors recognized by the <ASP> as adhering to its
guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors
may begin offering TEXT TO PAPER immediately (However,
CIEMIAN COMPUTER SERVICES must still be advised so that the
distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version
of TEXT TO PAPER).

In all cases, this software and documentation must be
distributed in its complete and original form (including all
copyright notices) and must be clearly identified as
shareware (with an appropriate definition).

CIEMIAN COMPUTER SERVICES reserves the right to revoke this
authorization at any time.
