This sample requires you to create a BDE alias called DBDEMOS that points to
the location of the DIOLIFE.* files.

This sample also contains the complete BDE in its two disk installation
format.  The disk images are in the directories DISK1 and DISK2.  You need 
the BDE to run any program that uses Delphi's built-in database capability.
