Tip Of The Day 2.0

Tip of The Day is a "plug-in" form and code module for Visual Basic for
Windows that reproduces the Tip Of The Day screen that is used by that other
large software manufacturer?!?!?  It allows you to have tips for your
application just as Windows 95, Word, PowerPoint, and various other
applications do.  It is 100% source code and does not require any .VBX's!
Simply add the files to your project and...PRESTO...your application now
has a Tip Of The Day!  Included is TipEdit, a tip editor that allows you to
create and add tips to your application simplifying the creation of your .TOD
