This is a freeware version of the WinSpeech 1.0 text-to-speech program.  It
reads ASCII text files and pronounces English words.  This program runs on 
IBM PCs or compatible computers with Windows 3.1 or higher.  For better playing
effect, a sound card is also recommended. (using just the PC's internal speaker 
with a Windows device driver will work, but the quality is not very good.)

To start this program, put all the files (unzipped from the "WSPEECH.ZIP") into
one directory and run the "WSPEECH.EXE" from the Program Manager.
