If you intend to run the programs in this package on a Windows 3.1
computer you may be missing some files which are necessary to run the
32-bit version of the executables (if there is a single version of the
executables, it is the 32-bit version only). In this case, you should
also download the WIN32S package.

WIN32S can be obtained either from Microsoft FTP site or from a
directory on the server that provided the current package (in another
directory most probably).
