If you need SVInstal in a hurry you can FedEx a cheque to me. Upon 
recept of payment I will set up an account on my FTP server and you can
download the production version off the Internet.

FedEx (or any overnight courier) will not ship to a post box, so email
me that you wish to order via this method and I will provide a street
address.
