CBA3215A.ZIP contains the Win32 version of CBASCII 1.5a.  It is simply
a recompile, using MSVC 2.2, of the MS-DOS version and makes no use of
the additional functionality of Windows NT or Windows 95.  It does
however perform better than the MS-DOS version...

The following timings were made on P90, 32MB RAM, 1GB SCSI PC running
Windows NT 3.51:

(1341 games) to PGN:         32 secs      53 secs       67%

Importing "MAINBASE.PGN"

It has not been tested under Windows 95, but I don't expect any problems.
