Installation Instructions
-------------------------

Place any .VBX files in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.

Place the .EXE file in any directory of your choosing, and execute
it from that location.


NOTE:  This product assumes you have Visual Basic installed on your system.  Other files needed to run, which come with VB 3.0, are not re-ditributed here.
