  Copy the VBRUN300.DLL file to the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
  Execute the HITYSUWIN.EXE file from Windows by using either the File Manager
or the Program Manager.

Miscellaneous ***************************************************************
  Sheep for Windows is a Windows version of a program I wrote a while back
for MS-DOS.  There isn't any dazzy displays.
