    What is KWIC-FILE
    ------------------
   KWIC-FILE is an automated document filing system which lets you file
   and retrieve documents by the words contained in the documents. Your
   documents can be created using AMI-PRO, Word for Windows, Word Perfect
   or they can be ASCII Text files. 

   How Does KWIC-FILE Work
   -----------------------
   KWIC-FILE creates an index of all the words in your documents. Then
   when you need to find a document all you have to do is enter the word
   or words for which you are looking. For example, say you wanted to find
   all the documents in which you mentioned "John Jones." You would simply
   enter the words "John Jones" and a list of all the documents which contain
   the words John and Jones would be displayed on your workstation screen.
   By selecting a document from the list, you can view it, print it or edit 
   it in the word-processing program which created it.

  Run INSTALL.EXE from Program Manager or File Manager

    KWIC-FILE IS *NOT* FREE SOFTWARE.

    KWIC-FILE is released as SHAREWARE. This means that you may
    use it, as long as You PAY THE REQUIRED REGISTRATION FEE.

   The REGISTRATION FEE is $49 (US); or equivalent. Registration entitles you
   to fredd telephone support and free upgrades to all future shareware
   releases of the program.


    SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTION
    ----------------------
    You may distribute the package freely to FTP sites, Bulletin
    Boards, Shareware/Freeware/Public Domain archives, CD-ROMS, Magazine
    Cover Disks and CD-ROMS, etc. Shareware disk vendors also may also
    freely freely distribute the package.

    Distribution of the package in any form is subject to ALL the
    following conditions;

       [1] ALL the files which I have supplied must be included,

       [2] NO ATTEMPT must be made to modify or alter ANYTHING in any of
