This is a Windows (3.1) Help File in protest against French 
Nuclear Testing (and nuclear testing of any other country for
that matter!). It mirrors some of the many colourful pages
you can also find on the World Wide Web. You can easily run the 
program by double-clicking on it in File Manager. You can even 
create an icon for it, just put this in the command line:
"winhelp c:\this\is\the\directory\lebomb.hlp". It should even
work without the winhelp in front. Please download the file 
here and upload it somewhere else. And act upon it!
