BUG FIXES 
	i) A missing call to an important routine turned revision 19 into a disaster, as the
configuration was not saved to the file on disk. This has been fixed.
	ii) The spin buttons in the configuration windows have been improved in their functioning.
	iii) A number of minor bugs have also been fixed.
