MangoMenu 2.2 MangoMenu is a small, compact and powerful Windows enhancement utility, capable of completely replacing the Program Manager, or just supplementing your current Windows configuration. MangoMenu adds a popup menu to the desktop. Double-clicking in any empty area of the desktop, or typing CTRL+ESC, allows the user to select from the currently running applications, any other applications or documents that the user desires, or any of a number of built-in commands (activate screen saver, a run dialog with a command history, and others). This menu is scriptable, and stored in a plain text format, so the user can quickly configure MangoMenu to meet his or her needs. MangoMenu can also act as the shell, opening other applications and/or documents when Windows starts. Because MangoMenu is so compact (the executable is less than 38K), it uses far less memory than the Program Manager, and allows you to run more of your applications. MangoMenu can also uninstall itself quickly and easily, should you not find it useful. If you are upgrading from an old version of MangoMenu, exit the old version before attempting to install, or installation will fail. MangoMenu has NOT been tested on Windows95.
