Microkey Communication Systems, Inc. trading symbol MKS. V (the Company) announces that work is proceeding on schedule for development of Switchboard 7 Light (SWB7 Light), one of the SWB7 (SWB7) line of products with a prototype scheduled for early September/95 demonstration and systems test in October/95.

SWB7 Light is designed to run on Windows 3.X, Windows 95 and Windows NT and includes Internet World Wide Web access, plus fax send and receive capability and simple voice telephony, all with a single ISDN device. SWB7 Light also includes a high speed commport driver to enable Windows 3.X to utilize high speed ISDN data communications.

The SWB7 product line employs public switched telephone networks and Internet technologies to provide flexible, cost effective solutions for the developer as well as the end user.

In other corporate developments Peter Colonel, director of software development has resigned and been replaced by a team of highly regarded independent programmers who are currently working on the Company's product lines. A consultancy agreement is under negotiation with the team, and is expected to be finalized in the near future.

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Steven G. Lukas, Vancouver, B.C. attorney as a director and accepts the resignation of H. Martyn Fowlds from its board.

There has been no material change in the Company's affairs.
