1) Display of the Top 10 lowest scores for the month 
   (automatically resets at the beginning of each new month)

2) Includes the 'ALL TIME LOWEST SCORE' feature that shows
   the score, who scored it, and the date it occured.  This
   feature does not reset itself and is presented as a 
   'challenge' for other users to compete against.  
   (Good for contests such as "user with the lowest score at 
   the end of the month will have their subscription extended 
   by X numbers of days")
