 text {xxyyz} this would be coloured {0} back to normal.

 xx - Background colour
 yy - Foreground colour
 z  - 1=flash : 0=non flash

 {01150} - Blue background (01) White text  (15) not flashing (0)
 {04141} - Red background  (04) Yellow text (14) flashing     (1)
