JTSOFT ACQUIRES INTUITIVE VISION SOFTWARE; CHANGES NAME TO
       INTUITIVE VISION COMPUTER SERVICES
  
       CHICAGO, Illinois -- September 20, 1995 -- JTsoft Software today
       announced the acquisition of Intuitive Vision Software.  As a
       result of the transaction, which occurred on September 15, 1995,
       Intuitive Vision Software became a wholly-owned subsidiary of
       JTsoft Software.
  
       Also headquartered in Chicago, Ill., Intuitive Vision Software
       develops telecommunications and utility software for the DOS,
       Windows, and OS/2 operating system platforms.

       As a result of this acquisition, JTsoft Software will begin
       operating under the name of Intuitive Vision Computer Services.
       This change was motivated by the large amount of name-recognition
       that Intuitive Vision Software has gained in the software market.

       "We are extremely impressed with the work that IVsoft's people
       have been doing in the software market," said JTsoft CEO Daniel
       Jones.  "We felt that to facilitate the ease of recognition of
       Intuitive Vision Software's products, and the products that we
       currently distribute and services that we offer, it would be in
       our best interest to change the name of our company."
  
       JTsoft's CEO, Daniel Jones, was named the CEO and Managing
       Director of Intuitive Vision Computer Services, and was named
       Associate Director of the Intuitive Vision Software division.
       Intuitive Vision Software's CEO, George A. Roberts IV, will
       remain the CEO of the Software division, and will become Managing
       Director of this division.  He was named Associate Director of
       Intuitive Vision Computer Services.

       "The entire staff of Intuitive Vision Software is excited by
       this change," stated IVsoft's CEO, George A. Roberts IV.  "We
       feel that this is an exciting opportunity for Intuitive Vision
       Software to gain wider distribution and recognition.  Having
       worked hand in hand with JTsoft and Dan Jones in the past, this
       will be a very easy transition.  Intuitive Vision Software feels
       that this change will be beneficial to both the company and its
       customers."
  
       Intuitive Vision Computer Services is a pioneer in the computer
       services market, including software distribution and computer
       consulting.  With the addition of Intuitive Vision Software,
       Intuitive Vision Computer Services is poised to become a market
       leader in the telecommunications and system utility software
       market.  All of Intuitive Vision Computer Services's current
       software development projects will be moved to the Intuitive
       Vision Software division.
