	This program was written with CW 1003. if you have an earlier 
version of CWRUN10.DLL or CWTPS.DLL I do not know for certain that it 
will work as I have not tested earlier versions.
	Columbine Software assumes no liability for use or misuse of
this program.

	Information for using the program is in the help file.
I recommend reading the Getting Started section and Project and 
Dictionary Utility section of the help file before starting.
The program is a small toolbar of utilities that stays always on top. It 
is intended as a small database to provide useful popup information while
working in an app. In addition Windows File manager, Clipboard viewer, and
Note pad are available on the tool bar.
