Thank you for downloading this nodelist and expressing an interest in
Tech Net. Were a small net (that will hopefully grow quickly) if you 
wish to become a part of Tech Net, you need to:

1. Run TECHAPP.EXE, it will ask a series of questions, then create a *.app 
   file it will also create a "nodelist line" for you to insert into the 
   nodelist (TECHNET.PVT) as 95:1405/999... use this number as your temp 
   "AKA" until I assign you a number.

2. Edit the included Nodelist (TECHNET.PVT) and put yourself on the last line 
   as node 95:1405/999.(use the line created by TECHAPP.EXE in your *.app)

3. Send mail to 95:1405/0 via: your front end mailer, expressing your 
   interest in the net, and which echos you will be interested in, attach 
   the application and send it also.

4. Make all echomail connections (like GEcho, and squish) to 95:1405/1
   only the "0" node is for administrative purposes.

5. If you a long distance node, you will need to poll 2 to 3 times per week.
   that should be good enough to take care of the mail.

It's that easy!!!

NOTE: The SYSOP Forum is a communication echo from me to the nodes, it is 
      not only required, but needs to be set at SYSOP access only...
