Setup

   1. You will find a listing of conferences please use the TAG NAME that
      are there exactly how they look underscores and all.

   2. The Sysop Conference is only for the Sysops of that BBS and
      CO-Sysop.

   3. Try your mail manually the first Couple of time so you can make sure
      you see that it works right.

   4. Do not poll mail during Fido mail hour, check with your host.

   5. You can Freq the newest Vschonet nodelist package at 70:5/1
      magic name VUPDATE

   6. All the following UPDATED files can be FREQ from my system
