This installs the latest drivers under Win95. If you have not installed
the Tropez from the original installation disks, then this will only
install for Windows operation. For this case you must also copy the 
Tropez.ini file to the Windows 95 directory.

To get the MIDI working properly you must copy the Tropez.ini file to the Windows 95
directory. This allows the MIDI Mixer controls to appear.
