This software is SHAREWARE and in the PUBLIC DOMAIN.
CCA grants you a license to use the Program.
The Program is licensed (not sold).

If you find this program useful, please register your copy with CCA
using the REGISTER.TXT file.

Under this license, you may:

1.  Use the Program on one machine at a time
2.  Make copies of the Program for use or backup purposes
3.  Make copies of the original files you download and distribute
    them, provided that you transfer a copy of this license and all 
    files associated with the program to the other party. We suggest 
    the self extracting file "Presents.exe" be used.	

CCA does not warrant that the Program is free from claims by a third
party of copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other
intellectual property infringement.

CCA is under no circumstances liable for:

1.  Third-party claims against you for losses or damages
2.  Loss of, or damage to, your records or data
3.  Economic consequential damages (including lost profits or
    savings) or incidental damages, even if CCA is informed of

Either CCA or You may terminate this license at any time. In this
event, you must destroy all your copies of the Program.
