Thank you for your intrest in Auto Dial.  Auto Dial is copywrited to 
me, Joe Kamphaus.  You may however freely distribute autodial.zip only. Complete with all
the files listed below.  You may not charge any money for it at all.  You may not change it  
in any way.  You may not do anything with it except use the program.  I am not responsible
for any harm it may cause your computer, software, or anything.  I don't make any claim
about this program. It may not work at all. Install it at your own risk!  So much for 
the leagal stuff.

REQUIREMENTS:

This program worked on my computor with win95 and win 3.1

You must have vbrun300.dll in your windows system directry.

You must have a modem installed on your computor.  It doesn't
matter what kind or how fast.

INSTALLATION:

You may just place all the files in the same directory.  You may want to place  
mscomm.vbx and push.vbx in the windows system direcory.  That way other 
programs may share the same files saving you precious hard drive space.
