Picture Planner needs to be installed before running.
1 Start Windows
2 If you are Installing from a diskette 
     - Place the diskette in the drive 
     - From Program Manager, select File menu and choose Run
     - Type a:\setup and press enter
3 If you are installing from a directory 
     - After the files are expanded...
     - From Program Manager Select File and choose Run.
     - Type the drive letter ,directory where the setup files are and setup: c:\ppinst\setup
4 To install from File Manager
     - Highlight Setup.exe from the diskette or directory
     - Press Enter or Double click the left mouse button 

 Follow the install prompts and instructions. Enjoy.
