The Data files that came with this job application, contain personal 
and possibly sensitive information, which could be intercepted &
mis-used on public mediums like the internet, etc.  Therefore they 
have been encrypted.  

To DE_encrypt those zip files, it is necessary to obtain the
employers DE-crypter program from UPSC.  Call your local dealer, or
if you have no local dealer you may purchase one from the headquarters in
the Washington DC Metro area, 703-242-9390.  

As of 11-95 the De-crypter program sells for 10 cents per name.  It is sold
in lots of 100, 1000, 10,000 & 100,000 names.

Have your E-I-N (employers ID #) number handy.
