ллллл The Arsenal Browser Program - Licencing

The Arsenal CD-ROM browser is copyrighted software, and it is NOT released
into the public domain, shareware, etc.  It is strictly to be considered as
"commercial software".

However, don't run away yet... (smile!)  We are releasing this program
for public, free use.  If you like it, use it and enjoy it.  Feel free to
upload the living daylights out of it, just _please_ keep all of our original
files in it.

[1] The Arsenal Browser Program (ARSENAL.EXE and VIEW.EXE) are copyrighted
works of Arsenal Computer, 1996.  You are granted a licence to use this
program in your home or business provided the following conditions are met:

  [a] You do not modify the ARSENAL.EXE program in any way.
  [b] You do not charge others to use the program.
      [NOTE:  If you are running a pay-BBS service, this doesn't apply
      to you, unless for some strange reason you are charging for the
      download of this one particular file.  We would prefer that you
      put this file in any "free downloads" that you might have, but we
      will not fuss over it.]

The Arsenal Browser is a commerical program.  Our official licencing fee
is that you purchase a copy of one of our CD-ROMs that feature this program.
However, our trial use period is very generous... (smile!)

You may NOT use the Arsenal Browser in a package that you distribute for
others to use, UNLESS you are distributing an Arsenal CD-ROM along with
that package.

Arsenal Computer retains all rights to this program under all circumstances.

Arsenal Computer is not responsible for the use or misuse of this program.
It works for us, on several different machines.  If it doesn't work for you,
and you have not gotten this by purchasing a CD-ROM from us with the
program on it, then we have no liability for the program, nor will we offer
you tech support on it.  If you have made a purchase from us, then call us
for the usual high-standard of tech support that you have come to expect
from the Arsenal.  In no case will we be liable for any damages, real or
perceived, that should arise from the use or inability to use this product.
