FHost is shareware. This means:


   1. All copyrights to FHost, FHost2, FHostNt, FHConfig and FHUtil are
      exclusively owned by the author - Michael Raith.
      In the following FHost, FHostNT and FHost2 are considered identical.

   2. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
      use his registered version on one computer (i.e. a single cpu)
      at a time.  The registered FHost may not be rented or leased.
      The keyfiles must not be passed on to others or be reverse
      engineered.

   3. The FHost distribution archive may be freely distributed
      without the keyfiles, provided the distribution package is not
      modified. You may pack the entire archive into another archive.

   4. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of
      FHost without written permission from the copyright holder.
      No person or company may charge a fee from the players in a
      game if FHost is in use.

   5. FHOST, FHOST2, FHOSTNT, FHCONFIG AND FHUTIL ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS
      IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE
      AT YOUR OWN RISK. I WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
      LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
      THIS SOFTWARE.

   6. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by
      Michael Raith.

   7. Installing and using FHost signifies acceptance of these terms
      and conditions of the license.

   8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must
      remove all FHost files from your storage devices.
