Installation:

Due to Long File Names, you will need to use something like
WinZip for Windows 95, or any other Zip Extractor that
supports Windows 95 long filenames.

Copy all files to the Microsoft Plus! Themes directory

Usually, C:\WINDOWS\Program Files\Plus!\Themes

Load the theme from the Themes Control Panel.
