You have just extracted the BETA version of the SoundscapeELITE
effects toolkit.  With this version of the toolkit and build 36
of the Win 95 drivers, you can now route your WAV playback through 
the DSP chip on the SoundscapeELITE card.  Under Win 3.1, this
will still only apply effects to MID.  A future rev of the Win 3.1
driver will allow effects on WAV playback also.

To install this software, you need to extract this file in a temp
directory and run SETUP.EXE
