Remember, you need Microsoft Plus!
To install the beavis and butthead desktop theme, all
the files from the zip must be put into the right 
directories.

all WAV files go into C:\win95\media\
all BMP, ANI, and EXE files go into C:\win95\
all theme files go into C:\PLUS!\themes\
