FileConvert V1.0e (WINDBF.EXE)

This program translate datafiles from one code in another code (f.e. ASCII
to EBCDIC). It's important for work with mainframe-created files on a PC
or PC-created files on a Mainframe. The conversion tables can be edit out-
side the program via a normal hexeditor.
Also you can Export dbase (2.4; 3; 3+) files in ASCII/ANSI or EBCDIC. The
maximum record length for all files are 1500 Bytes. 
Other features like 'Convert 'variable' files' or 'Analyse fields' will be
implemented in Version 1.1 in 1996.
