If you installed LogTick 3.0, then do the following:

Put the following files from your logtick directory into a TEMP directory

logtick.cfg
defaults.dat
isp.dat
ratename.dat
subrates.dat
logtick.ltl
logtick.reg

Now delete all files in your logtick 3.0 directory

Unzip the LOGT3_1.ZIP file into your logtick directory

If you are on Windows 3.1x, put the .DLL and .VBX files into your
\windows\system directory. Although you've probably done this during
the 3.0 installation, you'll have to do it again, since the LogTick
3.0 zip file contained Windows 95 DLL files
