UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE LICENSE

End-users of the unregistered versions of EE, by MicroZen, Inc., are 
licensed to use this software on a trial period for their approval. If the 
user decides to keep and/or use this software, the user MUST register the 
program by completing and submitting a registration form at 
http://www.microzen.com.

In no case will this trial period be longer than thiry (30) calender days,
regardless of circumstances. All copies and release levels of this software 
constitute the same product, and any use or possession of any combination of 
these extending over the period stated above constitutes use during that 
period. If, at the end of such period, the user decides NOT to keep and/or 
use this software, possession and use must cease by the destruction or 
removal of ALL copies held by the user, regardless of executable capability, 
storage method or intent.

This software product CANNOT be distributed by any party other than MicroZen, 
Inc. and its duly authorized agents. Specifically, this product may not be 
distributed on any BBS, On-Line service or any other means of electronic 
distribution, nor on electronic media by the U.S. Mails, private carrier or 
any other means of physical distribution, regardless of intent.
       
This software product CANNOT be sold as part of another inclusive product, 
nor can it be included in any commercial software packaging offer, without a 
written agreement from MicroZen, Inc. or a duly authorized agent.

This software product CANNOT be rented or leased to others, regardless of 
intent.

You CANNOT list any of the products of MicroZen, Inc. in advertisements, 
catalogs, or other literature, regardless of its intent, without prior 
written consent from MicroZen, Inc. or a duly authorized agent.
       
Licensee CANNOT use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, recompile, disassemble, 
otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program except as 
provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in 
immediate and automatic termination of this license in addition to other 
remedies available to MicroZen, Inc. at law.

All rights not expressly granted here in are reserved to MicroZen, Inc.


LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

MICROZEN, INC. WARRANTS THAT THIS SOFTWARE WILL PERFORM SUBSTANTIALLY IN 
ACCORDANCE WITH ANY WRITTEN GUARANTEES PUBLISHED BY MICROZEN, INC. 

MICROZEN, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, 
WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR IN ANY COMMUNICATION WITH YOU, AND 
SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR 
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. MICROZEN, INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE 
OPERATION OF THIS SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL MICROZEN, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF 
DATA, LOST PROFITS, COST OF COVER OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL 
OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF THIS SOFTWARE OR 
ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.

THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF MICROZEN, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE 
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE LIABILITY OF 
MICROZEN, INC. EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID TO AND RECEIVED BY MICROZEN, 
INC. IN CONNECTION WITH THE PARTICULAR COPY OF THE SOFTWARE IN QUESTION.
