Instructions for installing the NEWTIME program.

	1. Copy these files into one directory of your choice
	
	2. Edit the NEWTIME.INI file to set the proper Comm port
	    and time zone.  This is not absolutely necessary since
	    you can change these options in the program and
	    save to the INI file.
	
	3. Run the program and use the on-line help file for assistance.
