If this name is not available on your board, then choose something close and specify in the form below. You must give me "paid user" access. This is for verification of your BBS only. � Your system can be free, paid, or subscription. No private BBS's! � You must create a file area on your board that all users who have access to your board, have access to, and it must be named, -Noel Software-, and all programs that I write and distribute are to be placed in this file area, and you must agree to use the internal FILE_ID.DIZ files for each programs description on your BBS. � It is your responsibility to either call The Last Call BBS! at least once a month, to download any new updates, or FREQ them through FIDOnet from 1:2410/903. The magic name NOEL will give you one .ZIP file containing all programs released, and the magic name, NOELNEW will give you one .ZIP file containing all new releases and updates. On the home BBS, all new updates will be posted in a display file, so you will know which ones to take.
