This was the old SF-171 Page 4.

All fields are self explanatory.  On fields that contain dashes e.g.
Phone #'s, the dashes are auto filled in by Paradox, as you key
in the data.  Date fields auto fill in with todays MM if you hit the
<Space Bar>.  Pressing the <Space Bar> again auto fills in the DD
value.  Finally, pressing the <Space Bar> again will append the YY
string.

To insert a new job, press the <INS> key.  To delete a job press the
<DEL> key.

To save and exit, press <F2>. To quit without saving, press <ESC>. To
get to the next field, use the <Tab> key.  

While in this window, active keys include PageUp, PageDown, Home, 
End, Ctrl Home=beginning of form, Ctrl End=end of form.

Do not press <ESC> unless you want to lose all your changes & add-
itions this session, i.e. (that you have made since you last took 
this EDIT menu option.)  If you press <F2>, the program will save all
your changes & additions up to this point, & exit to the KSA Menu.  
   

To edit the characters in a field, cursor down to the field, then
press <CTRL F> for field edit.  Now cursor to the words you wish to
delete, or insertion point.  <HOME> <END> <INS> toggle type-over
mode, all work when in Field Edit mode.  To end field edit mode,
press <Enter>.
