What's the highest salary you've ever been paid for using this KSA.

The KSA must have contributed directly to your salary, like, your
employer knew you had this KSA & hired you to use it, on the
job.  I.E. there must be some direct relationship between how 
well you use this KSA & how much you get paid, how long you keep
the job, etc.

A non qualifying example would be, "Well, one of my KSA's is
MicroSoft Word for Windows, last year I made $250,000 as a 
Washington Redskins halfback, & occasionally, (once a quarter)
we have to draft game plan critiques.  I write my paragraphs
using MS Word for Windows, so I'll put $250,000 in this blank
for the MicroSoft Word for Windows KSA.

Always express all SALARY answers in Yearly Salary, not Hourly
wages.  To convert Hourly wages to Yearly Salary, simply multiply
by $2000.  I.E. $30/hr = $60,000 per year.
