When unzipped, this file contains:

<TITLE>.HLP  the WinHelp file
<TITLE>.CNT  The information used to create a Contents tab.
 README.TXT 

The .CNT file is used by the help file to create the Contents tab. 
The Contents tab, the Index tab, and the Find tab are use to navigate 
around in the help file.

If the .CNT file is not in the same directory as the .HLP file
the Contents tab cannot be built. If you move the .HLP file 
please move the .CNT file along with it. 

After unzipping the file you have downloaded, double-click on <TITLE>.HLP.
<TITLE>.HLP will open and is a standalone file; use it as you would the Help 
commands under the Help menu. For more information on using Help click the Start button
and choose Help. 

If the downloaded and unzipped file does not contain the two files in
the list, or you cannot run <TITLE>.HLP, the file may have been damaged
or corrupted during downloading; try downloading again.
