DriveCheck v.02

DRIVECHK.CMD is a REXX program to scan a drive and determine wasted space 
for both the HPFS and FAT file systems.  Usage and more specific 
information is in the comments of the program.

This new release adds a more informative status display, and will 
optionally output to a file.
