To use Qframe.exe you can simply run it as is, if your camera is connected
to LPT1(0x378).
It outputs a filename called  output.pgm

Here is a usage list for Qframe

Usage:
  Qframe [options]		       (defaults)
    Options:
      -x width	  Set width	       (160)
      -y height   Set height	       (120)
      -p port	  Set port	       (0x378)
      -B bpp	  Set bits per pixel   (6)
      -c val	  Set contrast	       (54)
      -w val	  Set white balance    (210)
      -b val	  Set brightness       (200)
      -f filename Set filename	       (output.pgm)

PGM is a universal standard for RAW images, use cjpeg.exe to convert to .jpg
or some other command line utility.

I use  ncftp with it's netrc file to log into my www page, and upload a new
image every 2 minutes or so.

You could use this to take time lapse images or, add new images to your
Digital photo album.
